Come and deepen your facilitation practices with feedback from Rémi Rivas and Pierre Salomé, co-leaders of Club Innovation and seasoned facilitators.
The program includes presentations and feedback on 5 types of workshop:
- the indisputable Business Model Canvas
- the famous Design Sprint
- the original Lego Serious Play
- Brainstorming, which needs no introduction
- the pragmatic Codev, which we'll perhaps all be experimenting with together.
You'll leave with practical tips and lists of mistakes to avoid when using each of these types of workshop, to better engage your teams and get the most out of your collective intelligence sessions!

- 15 € for non-alumni and external participants
