Club Entrepreneur - Scale up in India
Fast-growing companies have to handle many tasks simultaneously. For these overworked entrepreneurs, there are only 3 ways to solve problems: technology, people or processes.
Based on concrete examples, Axelle DEFRASNE (PGE 21), founder of the Indian start-up "The Jacquelines", will share her advice on setting priorities, applying the Jugaad principle and being clear about your role as an entrepreneur.
