- A Committee composed of 20 members, all of them are volunteers and Alumni from the School and a Board composed of 6 members, elected among Committee members
- More than 100 volunteers involved all year long to organise events: Clubs, anniversaries, Career
- A team of full-time staff, located in Rennes School of Business premises
