As a DEI Partner at DICE, I am responsible for creating and maintaining diverse, environments on a global level that are inclusive and equitable in order for people to authentically be themselves across DICE. 

I care about this event because it's so important for us to be hearing the experiences of diverse groups of Women as we are made up of many intersectional layers.

Julie Padovani is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in various industries. She is currently the Global Commercial Excellence Lead at Deliveroo, where she develops and executes a Commercial Excellence Program to maximize value with Enterprise Partners.

Before joining Deliveroo, Julie held key roles at Bacardi, The Estée Lauder Companies, Newell Rubbermaid, and ALQVIMIA. At Bacardi, she served as a Customer Marketing Manager for the Middle East Africa region, where she led the development and execution of the GTR strategy to achieve financial targets. At The Estée Lauder Companies, Julie worked as the Regional Marketing Manager for Clinique, Origins, and Too Faced in the TR EMEA region. Julie's experience also includes supply chain and planning positions at Newell Rubbermaid and ALQVIMIA.

Hey,  I'm Mae, one of the co-founders of ERIC - a career platform for the next generation of creatives. ERIC is based on my own personal experience of feeling failed by the lack of career guidance.

Before COVID, we held career events that drew in over 100k Gen Zers. But when the pandemic hit, we pivoted and built a tech platform from scratch, despite having zero technical experience. Now, we have an award-winning app and big names like Warner Music, BBC, and Apple use our platform to connect with young talent.

I'm thrilled to be speaking at this event, as I believe that the pandemic forced many of us to take risks, think outside the box, and step out of our comfort zones. Despite the obstacles we faced, ERIC's pivot has paid off, and I'm excited to see where our business will go next.

Taylor is a product operations leader with a passion for solving problems in complex product and organisational spaces while also promoting and scaling flexible, user-first experiences.

Hailing from the US where she started her career at Google, Taylor has 10+ years of experience in technical product support and operations. Over the last 3 years, Taylor established her career in the UK holding a senior leadership role at Deliveroo, and now a Product Operations Lead role at the London-based SAAS start-up, Sedna.

In addition to possessing a love for building products, Taylor prides herself in supporting the people who create those products and serves as a facilitator for #IamRemarkable--an initiative empowering women and other underrepresented groups in the workplace and beyond.
