Working in France - What do you need to know ?

This conference, held in english, is dedicated espacially to international profiles who want to work in France.

The French job market is specific in many ways. This workshop aims to give you as much advice as possible and to identify together the obstacles to overcome so that you can find the job that suits you.

In order to be an actor in your career path and to prepare your entry into the French job market, it is essential to understand the organisation of work in France in order to acquire basic knowledge of the legislation (type of employment contract, advantages, etc.).


We offer you an overview of the essential and unavoidable tools that exist on the market in order to optimise your job search and put all the chances on your side.

At the end of this workshop, your understanding of the French job market will enable you to apply for jobs and maximise your chances of being hired.


Will be tackled : 

  • Reminder : how to create an impactful CV
  • Communication and business culture
  • Local labour laws (CDI, CDD, Trial period, RTT, Mutuelle,...)

 

Our Consultant, France GASPARD holds a master degree in Human Resources management with over 20 years experience in Hr development (recruiting manager,Talent acquisition and HR Director) in various industries. She will provide you with every useful tools and tips to be more efficient and proactive in your job search.
