Guillaume BRETON - Class PGE 18

Guillaume Breton

What is your career path?

I graduated of an MAIB (HR major) in 2011 after 2 six-months internships in HR area during my placement year. Then, I worked for several HR consulting firms: at Great Place to Work (Audit and consulting in well-being at work), at Hay Group (Remuneration policy Consulting)and today at Cubik's (Assessment and skill development).

Cubik's develops HR tools, such as personality tests or potential identification tools. We also lead Assessment or Development Centers to identify candidates skills during an important recruitment, or to develop high potentials for our clients.

What is your mission (at work)?

I take part both in the commercialization of those missions, in HR training to use our tools and in the support of our clients in the development of their recruitment process and Talent Management.

What are your priorities inside the network ?

Over the last 2 years, we have been organizing conferences about the HR function, together with Maxime Audrain (P19) and Aude Cécile (P21). Even if 2016 has been a quiet year, meetings will start over in 2017. Recently, we also created a Rugby Club with Antoine Deleron (P18).

According to you, what are the main projects for the development of the Association?

I think that it is important to regularly organize meetings both friendly and content-rich for each and every Alumni. By creating participants loyalty, including during Club meetings, we will manage to enlarge the number of active members in our community.

Can you tell us about the last and next actions you made for the network?

We launched the Alumni Rugby Club last November. The aim is to gather people who played rugby at school and who will be pleased to share a drink. We'll take advantage of the forthcoming Six Nations Tournament to organize a new event.
